The Bigelow Free Public Library Community Room is a public facility open and available to all residents of Clinton. The Library does invite public and private organizations who wish to have a place to meet to use said facility.  The following conditions must be considered:

• All meeting and events conducted in the Library’s Community Room must be free and open to the public
• No alcohol may be sold, served, or consumed
• Events must occur during the Library’s open hours
• Organizations should designate an individual to be responsible for the set up & clean up of the Community Room
• The Organization will be held responsible for damages
• The Organization is responsible for cleaning the Community Room, should the mess be beyond usual wear and tear
• The use of the space is free, but monetary donations to the Bigelow Free Public Library Gift Fund are always welcome
• Recurring meetings may only be made three months in advance
• Fill out a request form
