The Bigelow Free Public Library is a public facility open and available to all residents of Clinton. The following conditions must be considered when approached by a group to use the library:
- All meetings and events must be open to the public
- No alcohol may be sold, served, or consumed
- Events must occur during the Library’s open hours or at the discretion of the director based on mitigating circumstances
- Events must specify a start and end time
- Groups must designate a contact person to liaise with the director
- The Group will be held responsible for any damages incurred
- The Group is responsible for cleaning, if necessary
- The use of the space is free, but monetary donations to the Bigelow Free Public Library Gift Fund are always welcome
- Recurring meetings may only be made three months in advance
