The Permanent Building Committee (PBC) and the Library Advisory committee to the PBC will be meeting with the three finalists for the OPM (Owner’s Project Manager) consultant position required to manage a construction job of this size. On April 1, the final candidates will be given the opportunity for a brief presentation on their expertise as well as time for the PBC to ask questions.
Once the OPM is under contract, the project will really get going with a search for an eligible architectural firm and requests for resident feedback on the project.
The Building Program and supplemental materials are available for perusal at the library.
