- Chair Report: Ethics Commission discussion on fundraising guidelines for trustees
- Trustee Association Meeting Report by Jacqueline McGuire (moved to later in meeting)
Director’s Report
- Budget, activities, facilities updates
- Sustainable Library Progress Presentation – tabled due to technology issues
- Youth Department received a $5,000 donation from the Philip J. Weihn Foundation for summer programming (to be presented after the ‘Turkey Chase’ on Thanksgiving)
- Facility Updates: Ordered new desks, new flooring behind circulation desk (1st floor)
- New website in progress
- Legislative Breakfast confirmed for February 7
- Friends of the Library Meeting: December 7, followed by cocoa & cookies
