- Approve OPM RFQ
- Establish Library Building Subcommittee
- Create a Review Team (2-4 people) to assess responses for OPM
Hiring an Owner’s Project Manager (OPM)
- Ensures project stays on track
- Post RFP/Q for at least two weeks, possibly three
- March 11 meeting (or special meeting) to approve OPM
- Review Team makes a recommendation
