The Bigelow Free Public Library is a public facility open and available to all residents of Clinton. The Library does invite public and private organizations to send flyers for promotion.
- The Front Desk, Front Doors, Back doors, elevator, Children’s area desk, Children’s area doors, YA area, and inner Front Doors are limited to Bigelow Free Public Library and Friends of the Bigelow Free Public Library events only
- Organizations and/or individuals may not post without permission of the library staff
- Flyers for other organizations may be posted on the bulletin boards by the elevator only
- Flyers without a date will get a date written on them. After one month they will be taken down.
- Flyers/posters with a date will be taken down the day after the event.
